At first glance, they look the same as the previous models, but they feature several important improvements. They integrate the W1 chip that improves and stabilizes connectivity. Design

Beats Solo 3 are the company's most popular on-ear headphones. They have a very recognizable design, and are made of resistant plastic,but the band is reinforced with metal. The cups have synthetic leather ear pads, and the headband is rubberized to reduce the pressure on the earcups. The Solo 3 Wireless have a foldable structure and fit snugly on the head. They are portable, attractive and durable wireless headphones.

Aesthetically, they look the same as the previous model. Their minimalistic design is recognizable anywhere, and they come in six attractive colors: gloss black, gloss white, gold, rose gold and black. They are lightweight and easy to use. On the right cup, they integrate a small power button and five small LED lights that indicate the battery status. On the left cup, there is a central button to play or pause, and two to control the volume.

Beats Solo 3 Wireless: Connectivity

The Solo 3 Wireless headphones integrate the Apple W1 chip for faster connection to iOS devices and feature a microphone, so they can be used to receive calls. They can also be used wired in case you do not want to waste battery power. They work with Bluetooth technology and use the AAC format to transfer audio, but do not support the low-latency aptX codec. Unfortunately, they also do not come with active noise cancellation.

On the other hand, they automatically sync to your iPhone, Apple Watch or Mac. If your operating system is iOS 10, macOS Sierra, WatchOS 3 or higher, you just need to hold your phone next to the Beats headphones for a moment, and you will get a screen to connect them. The built-in battery of the Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones is excellent. It can deliver up to 40 hours of continuous playback at moderate volumes. In addition, it has a very useful fast charging system: 5 minutes of charging is enough for 2.5 hours of playback.
