What are the best Sports Headphones? Bluetooth or wired, that’s the question.

If you’re thinking of buying a new sports headset but feel more lost than a snowman in the desert, don’t worry. In Culturasonora we put the info on a platter for you. After several weeks scouting the sports bluetooth headphones sector, we have finally finished our review of ‘The best sports headphones of 2023’. We have selected, analyzed and tested the best wireless and wired sports music headphones. You no longer have an excuse to be bored while training.

One thing is clear: when practicing a sport, mobility and a sense of freedom are essential. Therefore, we believe that a good sports wireless device is the best choice. In this sense, also a good sports bluetooth headset is an essential part of the equipment for many runners, swimmers, cyclists, golfers or athletes. However, if you are more old school and what you are looking for are traditional wired headphones for sports, we also have some good options that will surely interest you.

On this list of the best headphones for sports, we provide the pros and cons of each model: water resistance (Waterproof), whether they hold up well or whether they are susceptible to falling, the sound quality, the compatibility of Bluetooth headsets with other devices (cell phones, audio players, etc.) in addition to their size, comfort and price.

Guide to choosing the best sports headphones.

To begin with, we would like to show you the fundamental aspects that you should take into account when choosing them.

We must consider that we will usually be sweating intensely with headphones in our ears while we are training on the street, on an outdoor track, in a gym or on a sports field.

To make a good choice, the basic variables to be taken into account are the following:

  • Design: materials must withstand outdoor training conditions such as resistance to sweat, water, mud and dust. On the other hand, we would like to wear headphones that are not only functional but also stylish and, why not, eye-catching.
  • Sound quality: it's important that our new headphones reproduce our favorite songs as clearly and clearly as possible. The reinforcement of bass and treble will give us pleasant sensations to the ear and will be an important motivation to keep us focused on training. In some cases we will want to remain isolated to external noise and in others we will be interested in perceiving it to avoid risks. So for each model, we tell you which ones have external isolation (noise cancellation) and which ones do not.
  • Battery: in the case of wireless headphones , we want the battery to last long enough to practice our sporting activity without worrying about charging. If, on the other hand, you don't want to have to worry about charging the headphones, then the wired headphones option is for you.
  • Comfort: to avoid distractions , it's essential that the headphones do not come off our ears while we are training and that they are sufficiently comfortable so that they do not cause discomfort.
  • Compatibility:We need the headphones to be compatible with all major brands of mobile devices,  such as Apple or Android Samsung and also for all the controls of the integrated controller to work. Additionally we need Bluetooth pairing for wireless headsets to be quick and easy.
  • Price: we want to receive the best possible performance for every penny invested in our equipment.

Guide and tips for choosing the best running headphones.

You probably think that the only thing that separates a good running headset from a cheap one is that it doesn't fall out while running. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although support is a very important factor in bluetooth running headsets, the truth is that in recent years there have been many innovations in this regard. Manufacturers have taken great care to adapt these improvements and innovations to sports headphones and running headphones and we summarize them in the following tips for choosing the best running headphones:

  • We recommend buying a bluetooth headset. The truth is that eliminating the tangle of wires and their weight that makes you constantly drop the headphones when running, helps you focus on the exercise and not have to be adjusting them every now and then.
  • Buy running headphones with accessories that help improve the fit: there are those with internal fins that allow the running headphones to be fixed to the inside of the ear. Other accessories, on the other hand, have the running headphones attached to the outer contour of the ear.
  • Buying a wireless running headset with a good bass presence is always a good idea. This will make it easier for you to keep up the pace and find that extra motivation that good running headphones provide. In this regard, we recommend the Beats Power Beats 3 Wireless.
  • If you are looking for a bluetooth headset for running, it's important to look at the type of band and the positioning of the battery. Some brands have an adjustable band that avoids having extra weight moving around while running. Other brands position the battery on the same band and it can be uncomfortable to have the weight of the battery hanging down. We recommend an adjustable band and a well-fixed battery, with a clip or better yet, placed inside the running headphones.
  • If you prefer to buy a cheap wired running headset, there are a few tricks that can get you out of trouble when you're out on your runs. For example:
    • If you have a wired running headset with no ear fixings, you can try running the cable behind your ear in such a way that the headset is inverted. This can turn a conventional headset into a running headset.
    • Another tip is to buy some cheap clips to attach each of the cables (right and left ear) to the collar of the T-shirt, so the weight of the cable will not dislodge the headphones while exercising.

Beats Fit Pro

Beats Fit Pro auriculares deportivos

ANC, special audio, sound quality, H1 chip.

More expensive than Studio Buds, not the most comfortable, ANC could be better.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth class 1
  • Battery: 6 hours (24 hours with case).
  • ANC: Yes.
  • Weight: 5.5 gr each cup.

The company Beats by Dre bet heavily on this model, and it shows. After careful analysis, we have no hesitation in saying that this is one of the best True wireless sports headphones on the market.

The Beats Fit Pro are the brand's new sports headphones and we love them. They are basically AirPods Pro with several important modifications. They integrate flexible clamping fins to help keep them in place while you workout, and new transducers that produce deep bass. The battery has great performance, ANC and H1 chip.

The design of the Beats Fit Pro headphones is not very innovative, although they do come with original attachment fins. They are integrated into the cups and are flexible. These sports headphones stay in place during any activity.

They are not the most comfortable, but they do stay in place. They are IPX4 certified, sweat and splash resistant, but you cannot submerge them. They also do not resist dust and are not the best option to take to the beach.

They look great and are available in several attractive colors. In addition to the fins, they come with additional sets of tips to ensure a perfect fit. The case is smaller than that of the PowerBeats Pro, so you can take them anywhere. The cups weigh only five grams each, and you forget you're wearing them in a minute.

This model is somewhat expensive, but this is due to its components and active noise cancellation. The ANC blocks external noises decently, but it doesn't compare to the best ANC headphones on the market. They offer two listening modes: ANC constantly calibrates the audio to eliminate noise, and transparency mode lets ambient sounds pass through in case you need it.

As for the sound quality, we love it. The sound profile is well balanced. The bass is powerful, but does not overshadow the mid-tones. The audio is clear and crisp at all frequencies and the sound spatiality is very decent for an in-ear sports headset.

Spatial sound cannot replace a home theater system, of course, but it's a nice feature for enjoying movies or multichannel music.

The Beats Fit Pro integrate the new H1 chip that allows you to automatically sync them with any Apple device. They automatically sync to another Apple device when you start using them, and you can connect them to other Apple or Beats headsets to share music.

Of course, they work with the Siri assistant and support spatial audio in services such as Apple Music or Apple TV. They integrate six microphones that pick up voices remarkably well and block outside noise.

According to Apple, the Beat Fit Pro sports headphones have one of the best batteries among the models they have launched. It lasts up to six hours with active noise cancellation. In addition, the case gives you an additional 18 hours, for a total of 24 hours.

This capacity is better than the AirPods Pro by more than an hour, and if you turn off the ANC it exceeds seven hours. Only five minutes of charging are needed to use them for one hour through the USB-C port.

They are ideal if you are an Apple user as you can take full advantage of Siri, enjoy spatial sound and sync them automatically with iOS devices. That said, you can also use them with Android. They feature active noise cancellation, great battery life and are attractive. Find the best price on this link.

Shokz OpenRun Pro

Shokz OpenRun Pro

Sound quality, comfortable and lightweight, easy to use controls, fast charging.

More expensive than OpenRun, the vibrations are more noticeable.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth.
  • Battery life: 10 hours.
  • Protection against water: IP67.
  • Weight: 29 gr.

Shokz, formerly known as AfterShokz, has been one of the top sports headphones for a while now. The OpenRun Pro are the best headphones they've ever released. This model is an upgrade of the Aeropex and adds new bass transducers.

The difference is remarkable, and if you want to opt for bone conduction headphones, they are the best option. The sound quality is surprisingly rich, they are comfortable and lightweight.

The OpenRun Pro maintains the same OpenFit design as their other sports headphones. These bone conduction headphones have a pair of pads that rest on the cheekbones of the ears and transmit the sound by vibration to the auditory nerve by leaving the ear canals open.

They have a flexible and very resistant titanium band that keeps them in place while you run or perform any type of exercise. A large button on the left pad allows you to receive calls thanks to the built-in microphone, while the right pad features controls for power on, change songs and manage volume.

At first glance, these new sports headphones look identical to the previous version, the OpenRun, but there are some differences. The buttons are larger, and this allows you to operate all functions without having to watch what you are doing. In addition, the charging connector is in a new position to make it easier for you to connect.

In all other respects OpenRun Pro is very similar to the previous version. They weigh very little and feel comfortable during long sessions. They are IP67 certified, which means you won't have problems with sweat or rain, but you can't use them for swimming.

The OpenRun Pro offers amazing sound quality. The new bass transducers make a big difference and the result is audio that outperforms any other pair of bone conduction headphones.

They are great for playing rock while running, although they perform well with any genre of music. They are the first bone conduction headphones that do justice to the music. They do not have the same sound quality as conventional models, but they come close.

The downside of the extra bass is that you feel the vibration more. All bone conduction sports headphones have this effect at high volumes, but due to the bass it's a bit more noticeable in this model. That said, the sensation is not uncomfortable, unless you use the full volume.

Of course, due to the design they also let sound escape, so people nearby can hear your songs or calls. They are not the ideal model for working in an office, but they are ideal for running around.

They work with Bluetooth 5.1 technology and have a wireless range that reaches 10 meters without problems. Connectivity works flawlessly and they have dual noise-canceling microphones for crystal-clear calls.

The autonomy of these sports headphones reaches 10 hours of continuous playback, the best capacity we have tested in a bone conduction model. The OpenRun Pro, like the Aeropex, load very quickly. Five minutes are enough to use them for almost two hours.

They are excellent sports headphones, comfortable, lightweight, have a good battery, the microphones allow you to make clear calls and the sound quality surprised us. If you enjoy heavy music and don't want in-ear headphones, these are the best choice. Find the best price on this link.

Bose Sport Earbuds

auriculares deportivos Bose Spot Earbuds

Sound quality, comfortable, perfect fit.

The design is not the most attractive.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth 5.0.

Few True Wireless headphones offer sound and design as good as the Bose Sport Earbuds. These wireless sports headphones are robust, comfortable, attractive and versatile. An ideal model for any athlete, and one of the best Bluetooth sports headphones on the market.

The Bose Sport Earbuds are the sporty version of the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. They have a completely new design compared to the SoundSport Free and feature several improvements.

They are not the most attractive headphones on the market, but they fit any user perfectly, do not cause discomfort and create a good seal that reduces external noise.

They are water, dust and sweat resistant with IPX4 certification. These are durable True Wireless sports headphones designed for exercise. They are a bit large compared to the Sony, but they fit well and are attractive.

They come in several striking colors such as Midnight Blue, although you can also get them in a classic black. They are kept in place thanks to the locks called by Bose as StayHear, small hooks that keep the sports headphones stable during any activity.

In addition, these wireless sports headphones come with three pairs of different sizes so that any user can wear them.

These Bose sports headphones integrate Bluetooth 5.0 technology. The wireless range reaches nine meters and connectivity works flawlessly. They work with the Bose Music app that allows you to adjust controls and manage various useful functions.

These sports headphones integrate microphones that clearly pick up voices and separate ambient noise for greater clarity. The controls are easy to use and respond very well to touch.

The Bose Sport Earbuds are True Wireless sports headphones. Their In-Ear design does not feel too invasive in the ear canal and they seal the sound well. They do not have active noise cancellation technology and let some noise through, but passively reduce it quite well.

The sound is powerful and clear at all frequencies. These sports headphones integrate Bose Volume Optimizer Active EQ technology. This function automatically adjusts the treble and bass so that the sound remains impeccably balanced at any volume level.

The sound profile is well balanced and offers pleasant audio that can be enjoyed for hours. Bass is strong, but remains controlled and defined, with good textures.

The treble is crisp and smooth, while the vowels sound expressive and lively. The percussions also feel great. The sound quality is very good for a sports headset.

The Bose Sport Earbuds have a battery life of five hours at medium volumes. That's a pretty decent capacity for a sports headset.

In addition, the charging case/base provides an additional 10 hours of charging time. To charge them, you only need to store them in the hard case, and only 15 minutes of charging is enough to use them for two hours.

The Bose Sport Earbuds are one of the best sports earbuds on the market. This True Wireless model is resistant, easy to use and offers very good sound quality.

Its sound profile is perfect for exercise, but you can also enjoy any genre of music with good details in all frequencies. Find the best deals.

Sony WF-SP800N

Noise cancelling, 360 Reality Audio format, water resistant.

Emphasize the bass.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth 5.0.
  • Battery: 9 hours (18 with charger).
  • NFC: No.
  • Weight: 18 gr.

The WF-SP800N are Sony's best sport wireless headphones, the new athlete version of the WF-1000XM3. They are water-resistant, comfortable and attractive, and are safe for any activity. They also feature active noise cancellation and support the new Sony 360 Reality Audio format.

The WF-SP8nn is IP55 certified against dust and sweat. They also withstand rain, so you can use them to exercise in many environments. They come with three different sized pads and attachment hooks that fit any user flawlessly.

They fit snugly and stay in place during any exercise. However, they can be a bit annoying in long sessions. They have an elongated design and are easy to use. This latest generation model integrates basic active noise cancellation technology and supports the new Sony 360 Reality Audio format.

The cups of these Bluetooth sports headphones integrate touch controls that allow you to change songs, control playback, receive calls, access your virtual assistant or activate the ambient mode to hear some of the noise around you. Unfortunately, to control the volume you need to activate the virtual assistant of your choice.

They use the Bluetooth 5.0 chip that is also integrated in the WF-1000XM3. However, we believe it presents an improvement in calls. Voices are very clear and the sports headphones attenuate ambient noise noticeably when you are talking.

They use the Sony Connect app that allows you to equalize the sound and different options for noise cancellation and Ambient Sound functions. Like the WF-1000XM3, they integrate a sensor that automatically pauses or plays when you take off and put on one of the earphones.

They also have an awareness mode. This function pauses the song when you press and hold a finger on any of the cups and then plays the song when you remove your finger from any of the cups.

The sound quality is pretty decent for a sports headset. Bass is strong and power is very decent. The sound profile emphasizes the bass and slightly dulls the mid and treble frequencies, but is ideal for exercising.

The noise cancellation technology in these sports headphones is not as good as that of the WF-1000XM3. However, they considerably reduce ambient noise and can be used in noisy gymnasiums.

Overall, they offer an ideal sound for working out, but not as neutral as the WF-1000XM3. On the positive side, they support the new Sony 360 Reality Audio format that offers remarkable spatiality. You can enjoy this new format on services such as Deezer or Tidal.

The Sony WF-SP800N have a battery life of nine hours of continuous playback at medium volumes and with active noise cancellation. Like most True Wireless headphones, they come with a carrying case/charging base. The case gives you an additional nine hours, giving you a total autonomy of 18 hours in Bluetooth mode.

The WF-SP800N is one of the best Bluetooth sports headphones on the market. They are comfortable, attractive, and stay in place during any activity. The sound quality is not the best on the market, but you can use them anywhere. Intrigued? Find the best prices on Amazon.

Technical Characteristics:

The microphone integrated in the Reflect Flow Bluetooth sports headphones works perfectly. By testing them we were able to clearly understand the voices we recorded.

It allows you to communicate easily in any environment. The Ambient Aware mode is also very useful. By activating this function you can listen to ambient noise with the headphones on, which is necessary if you plan to jog in the street.

They integrate 5.8 mm drivers that offer a frequency response of 20-20kHz. The most relevant feature of these running headphones is the strength of their bass.

They are an ideal model for those looking to feel the bass while exercising. The sound profile is not the most faithful, but it does not distort at high volumes. At low volumes, the bass is perceived as rich and controlled.

Treble sounds crisp and smooth to the ear, mid-tone definition is good, and percussions shine in the mix thanks to the depth of the bass. They sound rich and clarity is not sacrificed for low frequency punch. The vowels are perceived with a good prominent presence.

According to JBL, the battery in these wireless sports headphones lasts about 10 hours, while the charging case gives you an additional 20 hours. The capacity decreases a bit if you use high volumes, but it's still great for a True Wireless headset.

The JBL Reflect Flow Pro is available for an attractive price, offers water resistance and an incredible battery life. It's an ideal model for any bass-loving athlete. The sound quality is quite good, but we regret that it cannot be equalized to your personal taste.

We were pleasantly surprised by the sound quality offered by the Jabra Elite 7 Active sports headphones. The audio feels rich and pleasantly warm, with strong bass. The bass is too powerful for our taste as it slightly overshadows the other tonalities. That said, you can equalize the sound profile with the application and turn down the bass.

The integrated 6mm drivers produce vivid audio, with crisp treble and decent spatiality. They are perfect to enjoy genres like hip hop and motivate you at the gym, or to listen to classical music when you are jogging and need to isolate yourself from everything.

In addition, they come with a charging case/base that provides additional full charges for a total of 30 hours. They do not work with an application to equalize them, they do not support the aptX codec.

The JBL Under Armour Sport Flash X are the update to the company's most popular Bluetooth sports headphones. They are a bit large for a True Wireless headset, but they feel comfortable and lightweight. .

They fit any user perfectly as they come with three pairs of silicone pads and different sized flaps. They stay in place while you exercise and also passively insulate you from external noise thanks to the seal they create.

These sports headphones are IPX7 certified. This means that you can submerge them in up to one meter of water. Bluetooth connectivity doesn't work well underwater, but it's nice to have the resistance. They are perfect for use in the rain and sweat is not a problem.

Each cup integrates a multifunction button on the outer panel, and the controls are divided between the two pieces. With the right cup you can manage playback and fast forward songs.

With the left cup you can activate the TalkThru mode that allows you to listen to external noise or ambient mode. You can also answer or end calls and activate your mobile device's personal assistant.

Each cup of the Under Armour Sport Flash X sports earbuds works independently. When you use one in mono mode, you lose the ambient sound function, but the other controls are retained.

The JBL Under Armour Sport Flash X Bluetooth sports headphones integrate a microphone to answer calls or activate the personal assistant on your mobile device. Voices are clear and undistorted, and the Bluetooth signal is strong in this regard.

They integrate Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and support AAC and SBC codecs, but not aptX. They do not work with an app to equalize the sound, something we dislike a bit. That said, another bonus of the Under Armour Sport Flash is that they come with a 12-month subscription to MapMyRun.

The sound delivered by the JBL Under Armour Sport Flash X is ideal for a sports headset. They are powerful and feature deep bass that can motivate you to run faster. Sennheiser Sport True Wireless

Sennheiser Sport True Wireless

Solid audio, with rich bass and crisp treble. Good battery. Supports aptX codecs.

Water resistance could be of a higher grade, equalization in application is not as good.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth 5.2.
  • Battery life: 9 hours
  • Water protection: IP54.

Sennheiser's new Sport True Wireless are available in black and have large cups that fit great. The outer panels feature the brand's logo in a stylish rose gold tint.

The package comes with silicone bands that fit around the cups, hooks and pads of different sizes. The ones with a blue inner ring are designed for Aware listening mode, while the black ones are for Focus mode (you can select these modes with the application).

The tips are intended to passively reduce external noise. Some block more noise and others let it through. We would have preferred a microphone-based transparency system as it's easier than changing tips, but other models also use this type, such as the Sony LinkBuds.

The outside of each cup has a touch area that allows you to manage playback, answer calls, change songs, activate your phone's personal assistant and manage the volume. The controls work well and are easy to operate. You can also customize them with the application.

They are IP54 certified. They are a sports headset and can withstand dust, but we would have liked to see a higher waterproof rating considering the price. That said, they withstand splashes and sweat without problems.

They integrate dynamic drivers that work with a wide frequency response from 5 to 21kHz. The sound experience is solid. The open design lets external noise through, although not like headphones that work with microphones designed for the transparency function.

On the other hand, when using the Focus mode with the corresponding tips we notice a lively audio with deep bass and crisp treble. The bass does not distort at high volumes and at low volumes maintains a good presence.

They stand out for the richness of the low/mid tones. The vocals stand out for their detail, as do the percussions. Not the most neutral profile, but a very nice one. The four microphones that make up these sports headphones also do a great job. Voices sound clear and without noticeable defects.

According to Sennheiser, the battery life of these sports headphones is up to nine hours. Capacity varies according to volume, but is very good. The case gives you an additional 18 hours and the total charging process takes about 1.5 hours with the included USB-C to USB-A cable.

They are Bluetooth 5.2 compatible and support AAC, SBC and aptX codecs. The Sennheiser Smart Control app, available for iOS and Android devices, is required to access settings for Focus or Aware modes that depend on the tips you use.

It also allows you to change the cup controls and access a three-band equalizer. We have to underline that the equalizer is a bit short if we compare it with a five-band equalizer and the results are not so different. The changes are subtle.

The sound quality is very good, as we are accustomed to from Sennheiser. However, they have some important drawbacks. We don't really like the system of interchangeable tips for the sound modes and the water resistance is of a low grade for the price. Interested? Find the best price on Amazon.

Beats Studio Buds

cascos bluetooth Beats Studio Buds

Excellent audio quality. Comfortable and resistant. ANC. Good value for money.

The clarity of the calls is not the best.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Connection: Bluetooth 5.2.
  • Battery: 5 hours, additional 15 hours with case.

Beats Studio Buds are the company's new True Wireless headphones. They feature active noise cancellation, support Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio formats, are comfortable and offer great sound. The best part: they are available for a very attractive price. These are our favorite Beats sports headphones since the Powerbeats Pro came out.

The Beats Studio Buds are excellent and very versatile In-Ear sports headphones. They have a very compact design, as does the carrying case/charging base. The case fits in any pocket and features USB-C port for charging (comes with cable).

The Studio Buds are IPX4 certified against splashes and sweat. They're not a waterproof headset and you can't submerge them, but they're perfect for taking to the gym, especially since they feature active noise cancellation.

They are comfortable and the control panel of the cups is elevated, which facilitates adjustment. In addition, they come with three different sized ear cushions for comfort and a better fit.

The sound quality is undoubtedly high for a sporty Bluetooth In Ear headset. It has great isolation from external noise and the bass is consistent, deep and strong, but does not overshadow the other frequencies. The mid tones have a good presence and the treble is well balanced. Unlike the older Beats, they do not emphasize the bass and the vocals come across as somewhat excellent in the mix. The sound profile is ideal for exercise.

We tested them with the Apple Music application using the Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio formats. We were amazed with the spatiality provided by these codecs. On the other hand, the active noise cancellation is very robust. It does not compare with the best models from Bose or Sony, but it isolates you very well in gyms or offices.

Beats Studio Buds have a standard battery performance among sports headphones. The company claims a five-hour yield with the ANC, but capacity varies according to the volume you use. That said, the case gives you an additional 15 hours and they charge very quickly via the USB-C port. Unfortunately, they do not charge wirelessly.

One of the best features of the Beats Studio Buds sports headphones is that they work with Bluetooth 5.2 and have a good wireless range. They integrate a chip ideal for Android or iOS users that allows you to use applications such as Find My Device, something very useful since sports headphones are very small and easy to displace.

The Bose Frames Soprano are Bluetooth sports glasses and headphones designed for working out. They are lightweight, aerodynamic and fit very well. They are not a Bluetooth sport In-Ear headphones, rather they look like small speakers that emit audio very close to your ear. They are not very powerful and leak audio, but they are perfect for outdoor exercise.

The bose Frames have three different sized nose pads to ensure a perfect fit. They are stable and comfortable, ideal for running or cycling. The lenses of these wireless sport/glasses headphones are also interchangeable.

Polarized lenses are resistant, reduce glare and block up to 99% of UVA/B rays. That said, you can change them, such as for Trail Blue (TLV 28%) or Road Orange (TLV of 20%).

You can also order them with your prescription lenses. These sunglasses and Bluetooth sport headphones are IPX4 certified. They can withstand rain without problems, although they cannot be completely submerged.

These sports headphones work with Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, and the wireless range reaches nine meters. They are very easy to synchronize with any mobile device and integrate microphones to answer calls.

On the right side there is a multifunction button to manage Bluetooth pairing/power on, playback and song switching. They also integrate a touch-sensitive surface that allows you to manage the volume or activate the personal assistant. In addition, they feature an LED indicator light and USB-C port for the charging cable (included with purchase).

The Bose Music app, available for iOS and Android devices, is required to initially set the Tempo Frames. You need to create an account and then the app syncs with the sports headset/glasses. The application is simple and does not have an equalizer, which is too bad.

The Bose Frames Soprano deliver a very decent, clear and crisp sound. That said, their open design lets the sound leak out and bass response leaves something to be desired. Likewise, bass can distort at maximum volume and in songs with a lot of bass. However, the performance is very good at medium volumes and in songs with not too much bass.

At moderate volumes the bass is perceived with greater depth. On the other hand, the mid and high tones stand out for their clarity. The sound profile emphasizes the treble/midrange and leaves the bass a bit weak. We tested them playing instrumental songs and were pleased with the clarity and detail of the different voices and instruments.

The most surprising thing about these sports headphones/sunglasses is how well the audio and external ambient noise is perceived. They are perfect for outdoors as they let you hear sounds such as sirens or nearby cars.

These sports headphones have a battery life of eight hours of continuous playback at medium volumes, although results vary according to volume levels.

It's a capability that leaves something to be desired, but it's understandable due to its lightweight design. They feature a fast charging system thanks to the USB-C port and full charge takes only one hour.

The Bose Frames Soprano sports headphones and dark glasses are very comfortable and attractive. They are ideal for outdoor exercise. If you are only looking for sound quality we recommend In-Ear headphones, but if you are looking for glasses/speakers for exercise they are the best option. Interested?
